"Innovative Needs Something Different" Akshay Gunteti

If passion had a name it would probably be “Akshay Gunteti”. For a young man, he has an incredible story that stands an inspiration to many others. To put it out in simple terms he is an entrepreneur who is on a journey to help all the other budding entrepreneurs in India, helping them fulfill their dream of having their own startups. And as geniuses do, he has his own way of doing things, to be more accurate he is on a mission to unite and help all the budding entrepreneurs and he does this by meeting not only them but also, investors, mentors, policy makers and government officials, and doing research on startups, incubators, accelerators, educational institutions and co-working spaces across the country and by identify the challenges faced by the entrepreneurial community, and thrive to find possible solutions for them. This mission of his is a joint intiativewith “Nidhiya V Raj” and is named very accurately “THE INDIAN STARTUP TOUR.”

But then do not mistake him for a businessman in suit, because he is travelling around the country moving from one city to another on justhis bicycle, he is travelling over 10,600 km’s , trying to reach over 33 cities and helping 2000+ ventures. ‘The Hindu’ has named him “The Travelling Entrepreneur”. His ‘Face book’ account is filled with pictures of all the beautiful locations he’s been to on this journey and the wonderful people he’s met, and from their website www.indianstartuptour.in we can see the schedule of his great journey which spans for almost 9 months and towards the end of the tour, they would be curating a report on Indian Startup Ecosystem and solutions to make businesses easier, and submit it to the Government of India.

“Indian Startup Tour” aims at building a constructive frame work wherein the start-ups get to interact and grow together, few of the highlights being the report to the government, ‘Startup stories’ which is dedicated to narrating the personal and professional stories of business owners, ‘Startup Advice’ where experts help youngsters with their advices and ‘Startup Challenges’ where they identify the challenges being faced by the entrepreneurial community and try and come up with an effective solution.

His startup which is called “Startupp” is also created by the thought to connect everyone and his personal website www.akshaygunteti.com is joy to watch for anyone who wants to live their dreams, because that is what “Mr.Akshay Gunteti” describes himself as “a human being who is living his dreams.”
