Now,police verification after issue of passport

Indian govt has decided to make the procedure of getting a passport easier.Taking the first move,govt said that police verification is going to be better and not before issuing the passport.Therefore,from now on,it is going to take less than a week to get a passport in india.However,fresh applicants will still have to submit notary's affidavit,copy of Aadhaar,voter's card and pan card
